We typically use one man crews which makes moving furniture difficult and dangerous. We ask that you have all items you want out of the room before we arrive. Your technician will do a great job cleaning around any items left in the room.

Our hot water extraction cleaning process does leave some moisture in the carpet. Typical dry time is between 6 and 8 hours, depending on the airflow in the home, condition and style of carpet being cleaned. It is completely safe to walk on the carpet as long as you're comfortable with the cleanliness of your feet. Feel free to ask your service technician for a complimentary pair of shoe coverings.

The Zerorez® three room special is only for areas of carpet that are attached to the floor. However, you can book as many of our services as you like into one appointment. We are happy to demonstrate our other cleaning services such as tile, upholstery, and rugs and provide a quote while on-site, just ask your service technician!

We consider any area to be one room like a small bedroom, living room or den. If you have any large areas that exceed 250 square feet that area will be counted as two or more areas.

We are happy to offer a 30 day “Gotta Love It” guarantee™! If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your cleaning PLEASE give us a call within 30 days of your cleaning. We will work diligently to fix any problem or concern you may have.

ZEROREZ® understands accidents happen, causing odor and discoloration in your floors. If not properly treated, biological matter such as urine can create a breeding ground for bacteria and an unhealthy environment. Most of our Pet Treatments require additional cost and the technician will discuss those cost before beginning treatment.Any service recommended by a technician is optional but certainly recommended. If you decline a pet treatment it does void our thirty day satisfaction guarantee for that area of your home.We offer several treatment methods to clean and deodorize areas contaminated by biological matter:1. Topical Pet Urine Treatment: This is not a guaranteed service. The topical treatment cleans and deodorizes the surface fibers of the carpet. This process has the ability to remove most of the urine from the surface fibers. This will not address any of the smell or contamination in the carpet backing or underneath the carpet.2. Sub Floor Extraction: This is not a guaranteed service. This is a deep saturation and extraction process used to treat moderate to severe biological issues that have spread into the carpet backing and pad.3. Replacement: This is the only guarantee method of treatment. Using this method, the tack strips, padding and carpeting are replaced. Often the sub-floor will need to be sealed. We can offer recommendation of companies that can assist with this process.

Soap left behind by other cleaners, or from over the counter spot cleaners pose a different problem than soils and contaminants in the carpet. Water will typically reactivate the soaps left behind creating that foam that is so hard to remove. The good news is that Zerorez® never introduces new soaps and detergents when they clean. This means over time (as long as no more soap is added by someone else) Zerorez® will remove the soap left behind by others. If you clean once a year, it may take a couple of years to accomplish this, but you will notice each time that your carpet stays cleaner longer. Please help by not adding more soap to your carpet, together we can change the world!
